Job Profile - Customer Service Representative

Location – BKC, Mumbai Exp.

Required – Min. 6 Months

Qualification – Any Graduation

Workdays & Timings – Monday to Saturday (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)

Job Responsibilities –

 Manage and resolve complaints from Streamer agencies and talent via emails and Fresh desk (CRM rule).

 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution and followup.  Engage with agency holders and talent to address and mitigate recurring issues.

 Collect and document feedback from users and talent to drive app improvements.

 Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, customer support experience, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to handling user relations and team collaboration.

Other Requirements -

1. Should be aware of the live streaming industry and operations

2. Should be able to communicate fluently in English & Hindi. (Other language proficiency will be an added advantage)
