• Talent Pooling and HR Operational Work

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of candidates through Online Job Portals and other digital/social media platforms.
• Screening & Shortlisting of CVs.
• Follow up the candidates for Offline/Online Interview.
• Offering selected candidates.
• Maintaining Recruitment MIS.
• Providing assistance to HR Team related to Joining formalities & Documentation.

Skills Required:

• Should have minimum 01 year experience in Talent Pooling & Interviewing.
• Ready to handle work pressure.
• Should well veresed with English, Hindi & Gujarati Communication.

Education Required:

• Any Graduates OR MBA/PGDM in Human Resource

Experience & Package:

• Minimum 01 Year in Recruitment Handling
• Offered Salary is up to 03L PA
