Your primary responsibilities would be:

1. To establish and build relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities within a PROTECTED territory that lead to referrals. 
2. To assist with the close of sales from your referral partners. 
3. To work with the team to service those families once they become a case throughout the Medicaid qualification process. 

Make it work with your current schedule and we'll carve out a territory just for you.  

This is a 1099 commission position; income ranges anywhere from $1,250 - $1,750 per case.
