Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Assist in tax planning and research activities to identify opportunities for tax savings
• Analyze financial statements and tax documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resolve tax-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Provide support during tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax projections
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or in the process of obtaining CPA certification
• Desire to work with high-net-worth individuals.
• 1-2 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
