Job Brief & Responsibilities: 

Preparing and cooking a high quality, well presented and appropriate food offer as per the menu. Food quality and speed of service. Personal hygiene/presentation throughout the kitchen department. Assisting in regular and routine cleaning in line with detailed cleaning schedules.


Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Strong team spirit
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of mathematical principles such as ratios and proportions
  • Good dexterity
  • Excellent communication skills
