We are seeking a dedicated professional to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair various facility systems, including Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems, ensuring they meet applicable standards.
  • Travel between multiple facilities to ensure the proper function of equipment and systems.
  • Oversee facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, and contracted maintenance services.
  • Perform cleaning, inspection, calibration, and parts replacement to maintain HVAC systems and related equipment at optimal performance levels.
  • Record equipment readings and adjust settings as needed for proper operation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols for the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular checks of tools and instrument inventory and monitor the quality and pricing of external maintenance work.
  • Identify safety hazards and recommend solutions to eliminate potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze the operation of Commercial/Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPA 608 Universal Certification.
  • Two years of formal training in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
