Job Brief: 
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs for a range of projects, including marketing campaigns, brand identities, and digital interfaces. You will collaborate with creative teams to bring client visions to life and ensure that designs are both aesthetically pleasing and aligned with strategic goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visual Conceptualization:
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and design ideas for marketing campaigns, brand identities, and digital assets.
• Translate client briefs and strategic insights into visually engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.

 

• Graphic Design:
• Create high-quality graphic designs for various mediums, including print collateral, digital advertisements, social media content, and websites.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and typography that adhere to brand guidelines and project objectives.

 

• Digital Visualization:
• Design mockups and prototypes for websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces, ensuring user experience and functionality are optimized.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to bring designs to life and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.

 

• Creative Collaboration:
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing creative input and constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and marketing strategists to execute integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.

 

• Presentation and Client Communication:
• Prepare visual presentations and design mockups to present to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience 1-3 years as a graphic designer or visualizer, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
