Job Brief:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, preparing and sending quotations, following up with customers and vendors, and managing email communication with customers and vendors. You will also be responsible for collecting payments from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tenders in a timely manner
- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Follow up with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Manage email communication with customers and vendors
- Collect payments from customers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tender submission procedures and quotation preparation would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers and vendors.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools would be an added advantage.
