Job Description:
The Tele Caller will play a crucial role in our Sales team, as they will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the Sales team to close deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Cold-call potential clients using a provided database, scripts, and call lists.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Generate leads by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Schedule appointments between potential clients and our Sales team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and industry trends to effectively address clients' needs.
- Accurately track and record call outcomes and lead status in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to refine call scripts, messaging, and sales tactics.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Fresher or Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service roles, preferably in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their use in managing leads and sales activities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and helping businesses succeed.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
