The client is a 13 years old Indian housing finance company in the affordable housing segment based in Mumbai It provides home loans, loans against property, and home construction loans. Its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will interact with our potential customers to pitch home loan products.
- You would need to ensure a WOW experience for the customers while complying with policies.
- You will be an experienced and talented negotiator responsible for frequent follow-ups and directing prospects to the sales team.

- converting them into customers You will use your excellent communication skills to effectively market our products, handle consumer queries and be a confident closer.
- You will help ensure a positive experience by resolving grievances & ensuring satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 1+ years Candidate must have a minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales / tele calling banking /finance domain will be preferred
- Enjoy interacting with people with stellar communication skills in English / Hindi
- Must be able to speak any one of the following languages: Kannada/ Marathi/ Gujarati
- Persuasive and self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure
