We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Commission-Based Outside Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a Door-to-Door Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers within designated territories. This is a commission-based position, offering an attractive earnings potential for individuals who excel in a performance-driven environment.

Estimated Annual Income: $50,000-$150,000

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
  2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers by engaging in door-to-door sales activities, presenting product information and conducting persuasive sales presentations.
  3. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations for sales strategy improvement.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads generated, customer contacts, and sales transactions.
  6. Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and stay up-to-date with the company's products and services.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team and management to share best practices, identify opportunities for growth, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to provide training for motivated individuals.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territories.
