1. Manage, maintain, and enhance our Webflow website ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
2. Design and develop custom dashboards on Airtable to meet business requirements and provide actionable insights.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website aligns with branding, marketing, and SEO strategies.
4. Handle website updates, including content updates, design changes, and functionality improvements.
5. Regularly test website across browsers, operating systems, and devices for responsiveness and load times.
6. Maintain site health by optimizing content for SEO and accessibility.
7. Solve any technical issues that may arise, coordinating with the development team as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience managing and maintaining Webflow websites.
2. Experience with Airtable and ability to create custom dashboards.
3. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
