Role Overview

Join our research division in Bali as we expand our team to accelerate our sustainability initiatives. This role is for researchers passionate about solving critical environmental challenges. We have ongoing projects in waste-to-hydrogen development, duckweed cultivation, and hydroponic experiments, and we are looking for interns to help us grow this department and conduct more experiments. You will contribute to technologies with the potential for significant global impact.

What You'll Do

Conduct research and development in green hydrogen production, hydroponic systems for aquatic plants like duckweed, or other sustainability projects. Design and manage experiments to optimize key parameters, yield, and efficiency. Collect and analyze experimental data, using statistical methods and modeling software to interpret results. Prepare detailed research reports, literature reviews, and technical documentation. Utilize AI tools for predictive modeling of biological or chemical processes and for analyzing large research datasets.

Learning Outcomes

You will gain practical experience in your field, learn to leverage AI tools to scale operations, and develop a deep understanding of how high-growth organizations build and manage teams. You will learn to think strategically, manage multiple stakeholders, and develop systems that drive operational efficiency. This experience will position you for roles at startups, venture-backed companies, and growth-stage organizations.
