Your responsibilities include designing recruitment processes specifically for German technical talent, developing employer branding strategies that resonate with German professionals seeking meaningful, sustainable career opportunities, and creating onboarding and integration programs for German team members joining international projects. You'll also establish compensation and benefits frameworks that meet German market standards while supporting global mobility, develop training and professional development programs that align with German apprenticeship and continuous learning traditions, and create employee engagement and retention strategies for German talent in international environments.
