Internship Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Architecture & Design Intern to join our team for a six-month period. The primary goal of this internship is to assist in designing and developing two-story prefabricated structures that serve as both work and living spaces. These buildings will be implemented across multiple properties and are designed with metal frames to ensure they are sustainable, energy-efficient, removable, and cost-effective. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that can be modeled globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across finance, business, and hospitality to integrate architectural designs with broader business goals.
- Develop design proposals for prefabricated metal-framed structures.
- Ensure designs are sustainable, easily manufacturable in prefabricated settings, and meet energy efficiency standards.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of the project, from conceptualization to execution.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholder updates.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- Strong interest and background in sustainable design and materials.
- Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable:
- Previous experience or coursework in sustainable development or environmental studies.
- Familiarity with energy modeling software.
