EX Venture Academy is seeking a highly motivated and capable intern to take on a leadership role in managing our AI Automation Team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world automation projects across multiple industries while developing advanced leadership and technical coordination skills.

Position Overview

The AI Automation Team Manager Intern will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automation team, ensuring the effective execution of tasks, and maintaining high-performance standards across all ongoing initiatives. This role requires assertive communication, structured planning, and the ability to lead a multicultural, international team working on AI and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of interns and specialists in AI-driven automation tasks
• Assign, monitor, and review team deliverables and ensure timely project execution
• Coordinate workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Python automation, and large language model agents
• Ensure quality assurance and troubleshoot any technical or process-related issues
• Report regularly to senior leadership with performance metrics and improvement recommendations
• Maintain clear documentation and task tracking across all projects

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing or coordinating teams (academic, professional, or project-based)
• Demonstrated experience working with AI tools and technologies, or broad and current knowledge of the AI landscape
• Familiarity with a range of AI platforms and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, GPT models, LangChain, vector databases, Python scripting, API integrations)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Structured and detail-oriented, with excellent planning and task management abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative under minimal supervision
• Clear and assertive communicator with a results-oriented mindset
• Highly reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Internship Terms

• This is an unpaid internship
• Housing will be provided in Bali for the duration of the internship
• Visa costs will be fully covered after the successful completion of the first two months
• Interns will gain direct exposure to leading automation practices and mentorship from senior technology advisors
• Potential for full-time placement depending on performance and organizational needs
