Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with WordPress websites.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS. Knowledge of PHP is a plus.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify website issues.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on quality and precision.

• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.

• Familiarity with different web browsers and testing tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• While this role does not involve coding tasks, a strong foundation in coding is essential to efficiently execute daily QA tasks and communicate with the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality assurance tests on our WordPress websites to identify any bugs, inconsistencies, or areas of improvement.

• Work closely with the development team to report and ensure that the identified issues are resolved promptly.

• Validate front-end elements, ensuring that websites are visually and functionally consistent across different browsers and devices.

• Verify that website designs are responsive and optimized for various screen sizes.

• Use coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JS to better understand, identify, and communicate potential issues or improvements.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure correct content display and alignment.

• Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, features, and best practices to make informed QA assessments.

• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the overall user experience and design of the websites.

This position requires the candidate to work from our Angeles City Office. This is a Night Time Position.
