Job Description

Linkage Web Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Web Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. She will coordinate with other groups to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will work with our development teams to fulfill client needs.

Note:

.This is a Work-From-Home job.

.Graveyard shift (our clients are in the U.S.)

. Must have fast working computer and headset.

.Must have stable internet connect of atleast 10 mbps.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Must have a website project management and/or web development experience in an agency setting

  • Strong organizational skills to manage many projects with different deadlines

  • Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 

  • Experience managing technical and/or website development projects.

  • Demonstrated experience with WordPress (WooCommerce and Shopify platforms a plus)

  • Strong communication ability to handle client phone calls, chat, email and zoom meetings.

  • Familiar with project management tools and/or software packages.

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Willing to work in a night-shift schedule

 

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking and providing consistent and concise progress reports to stakeholders and leadership. 

  • Defining project scope and giving clear instructions to the creative and development team

  • Use project management tools to help establish and maintain efficient workflows. 

  • Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams

  • Manage workload, meet deadlines, track hours, and pay attention to project details

  • Manage and review the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards

  • Manage project tasks and communication with the team and keep projects on budget and on-time

  • Collaborating with other project managers to ensure adequate staffing across all teams.

  • Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams

  • Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to the client.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.
