Position Overview
The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through the implementation, optimization, and expansion of our Social AI platforms. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to foster long-term partnerships and drive client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform demonstrations of services for potential clients, procured from lead generations, following the standard operating procedure video.
- Onboard new clients following the standard operating procedure video.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client retention, growth, and satisfaction targets.
- Educate clients on the full capabilities of our Social AI tools, providing strategic recommendations for optimizing their social media presence and engagement.
- Lead regular client check-ins, business reviews, and performance presentations, demonstrating ROI and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Industry Leader, Project Manager, Support Staff) to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and features based on client needs and business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in social media, AI, and digital marketing to proactively advise clients and anticipate market shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling language for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience with AI or machine learning technologies, especially in natural language processing (NLP) or social listening.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
