  • Experience training staff.

  • Understand the individual agents problems and weaknesses

Daily Workload

  • The primary goal is to create a team of customer-focused agents who deliver an excellent customer experience through knowledge and open communication with management.

  • Supervise a team of agents to guarantee that standards and sales targets are met on a daily basis.

  • Floor manager who makes sure staff are sticking to their schedule.

  • Call monitoring, coaching, and feedback.

  • Responsible for Training and development of staff.

  • Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.

  • Conduct performance appraisal for the team compiling reports on team performance and customer feedback.

  • Communicate information from management to team and vice versa.

  • Work closely with team members to solve customer problems.

  • Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.

  • Responsible for making decisions on training requirements for team members and adjusting targets to suit the needs of the business
