About the Role

We’re hiring a Tech-Savvy Office Assistant who can handle administrative, digital, and light IT tasks. This role supports day-to-day operations, helps maintain records, and assists the marketing team with basic digital work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office files, communications, and scheduling
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and digital documentation
  • Provide support for basic IT or social media tasks
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal staff

Qualifications

  • College graduate (preferably IT, Marketing, or Business)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Compensation

₱16,000 – ₱18,000/month
