About the Role

We’re seeking a Social Media Growth Expert to manage and scale our social platforms for Hardin and other hospitality brands. This role involves audience engagement, influencer coordination, and running paid promotions to boost reach and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social growth strategies
• Run Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Monitor performance analytics and adjust campaigns
• Collaborate with multimedia and marketing teams

Qualifications

• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and social media analytics
• Understanding of local Pampanga nightlife and target demographics
• Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented

Compensation

₱30,000 – ₱45,000/month
