HIRING: Social Media & Community Growth Specialist 

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and community-driven Social Media & Community Growth Specialist to join our in-house team in Angeles City, Pampanga.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing one of the Philippines' most active Virtual Assistant communities on Facebook. If you're passionate about content creation, community engagement, and social media growth—and you enjoy building meaningful online communities—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Community Management

• Manage and grow our public Facebook Group with a goal of reaching 100,000+ members
• Moderate posts, comments, and member activities while maintaining a positive community environment
• Enforce community guidelines and ensure discussions remain professional and engaging
• Respond to member inquiries and encourage meaningful participation

Content Creation

• Create engaging written, graphic, and video content tailored to Filipino Virtual Assistants
• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools
• Produce short-form videos, Reels, and other social media content
• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and community initiatives

Community Growth & Engagement

• Develop and execute strategies to increase organic reach and member engagement
• Organize and promote free webinars, online trainings, and community events
• Collaborate with internal teams on announcements, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Build relationships with community members and encourage active participation

Reporting & Performance

• Monitor Facebook Group insights and key engagement metrics
• Prepare weekly reports on community growth and content performance
• Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience behavior
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or online community management
• Experience managing Facebook Groups and Meta Business Suite
• Strong content creation skills, including short-form video production (Reels, Facebook Live, etc.)
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar graphic design and video editing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Strong understanding of Facebook engagement strategies and community management
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of the Philippine Virtual Assistant and freelancing industry is a strong advantage
• Portfolio or samples of previous social media or community management work are required

Compensation

• ₱20,000–₱25,000 per month
• Night Shift Differential
• Performance Bonus

Work Setup

• 100% Onsite – Angeles City, Pampanga
• Monday to Friday
• Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila Time)
• Occasional weekend monitoring may be required
