About the Role

Join our growing sales team! We’re seeking a Sales/Appointment Setter to help us connect with potential clients. You’ll manage calls, messages, and emails to book qualified appointments and assist the sales team in converting leads.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with leads
  • Book qualified appointments and maintain CRM data
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
  • Achieve weekly performance and conversion targets

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Experience in a BPO or in a fast-paced work environment
  • Friendly, confident, and goal-driven attitude
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus, but not required

Compensation

₱20,000 - 22,000 + commissions
