We’re Hiring! Real Estate Virtual Assistant (US Client ) WFH / Full-Time /
Are you organized, tech savvy and ready to support a fast paced real estate team from the comfort of your home? We’re hiring a Real Estate Virtual Assistant who can handle a range of support tasks- from admin and calendar management to CRM updates and basic marketing support.
This is a remote, full- time opportunity supporting a US based real estate business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Task Management
Calendar Management and Scheduling (Meetings, Showings, Reminders)
Data Entry and Database Management (CRM, spreadsheets)
Phone Support/Email /Chat Support (Warm leads and client follow-up)
Social Media Management (Posting listings, content scheduling)
Basic Graphic Design (Canva/Adobe Spark)
Sales and Marketing Support (Lead tracking, appointment setting, skip tracing)
Compliance and Paperwork (using Docusign or similar)
CRM System Management (Follow up,Boss, KV Core, LionDesk etc)
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized, fast learner and pro active
Experience in remote work, admin or real estate support is a plus
Familiarity with CRM and Real Estate Platforms
Basic real estate knowledge: MLS, escrow, FSBO, foreclosure
Knows how to use Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com etc
TECH REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)
LAPTOP/Desktop with at least Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 8GB RAM
25Mbps stable internet connection
Noise cancelling headset
Webcam
Back up power and internet connection (highly preferred)
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
40,000-60,000/ MONTHLY RATE
