Role Overview

A part-time Python developer is needed to maintain and improve an existing internal web application. This role focuses on backend development, system maintenance, and integrations with the WHMCS hosting platform.

Experience working with hosting automation platforms such as WHMCS is highly important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve an existing Python-based internal web application

• Troubleshoot bugs and improve system performance

• Develop and extend integrations with WHMCS

• Build or customize WHMCS modules, hooks, or plugins when needed

• Assist with automation related to hosting account management and billing systems
   

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of Python backend development experience

• Experience working with existing codebases and maintaining internal tools

• Experience with WHMCS customization, integration, or plugin development

• Understanding of API integrations

• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with WHM/cPanel environments

• Familiarity with WordPress hosting environments

• Experience working with hosting providers or SaaS platforms
