Key Responsibilities
Office Support: Assist the admin team with tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing. Handle outbound and inbound calls for our US clients, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Computer Proficiency: Utilize various software applications and tools to perform tasks efficiently. Familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and email programs is required. Comfortable with learning new software systems as needed.
Task Execution: Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines. Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all work performed.
Professionalism: Present yourself in a professional manner and uphold a positive company image. Interact courteously and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Good verbal and written English communication skills. (Experience in BPO is a plus)
Prior experience in websites and customer support is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in common office software applications.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Professional appearance and pleasant phone demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
