Position: Office Assistant (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support:  Assist in streamlining the company's workflow, handle tasks like data entry, document preparation, and filing. Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Computer Proficiency: Use software applications and tools including CRMs, DISCORD, LIVE CHAT, CANVA, and ZOOM. Be open to learning new software systems regularly.
- Task Execution: Follow instructions and complete tasks within set deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive company image and interact courteously with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Sales: There's potential to earn bonuses and commissions based on sales performance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
- Technical background with various software systems.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in common office software applications.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Highly trainable and adaptable to daily learning.
- Prior experience in sales, VA, or office support is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn ₱1,000 per night + night differential.

- Bonuses & Commissions: 20% Commission On Sales, Attendance Bonus, Quarterly Performance Bonus.
- Pa-IBIG & 13th Month Pay.

Location: This position requires the candidate to work from our Angeles City Office. This is a Night Time Position.
