Position Overview: Office Assistant (Night Shift)

Your Role:
- Streamline Operations: Play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's workflow, managing tasks such as data entry, document handling, and filing.
- Tech-Savvy: Navigate and utilize tools like CRMs, DISCORD, LIVE CHAT, CANVA, and ZOOM. Be ever-ready to adapt to new software systems.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Prioritize accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed within set timelines.
- Uphold Professionalism: Represent our brand positively, fostering courteous interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Sales Opportunities: Dive into the potential of earning through bonuses and commissions based on your sales achievements.

What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications are a bonus.
- A knack for technology and familiarity with diverse software systems.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to daily learning.
- Experience in sales, virtual assistance, or office support is an advantage.
