What are the responsibilities of our Human Resources Coordinator?
As a Human Resources Coordinator, your main responsibility will be overseeing the recruitment process to ensure all departments have the manpower needed to meet operational demands.

What We Seek

  • Female, aged 30-45, residing near Angeles City.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, ideally in remote staffing or the BPO industry.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for multiple roles across departments.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using HR tools/software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with international clients, particularly US-based, is highly preferred.
  • Ability to oversee recruitment advertising in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • A proactive problem-solver who values confidentiality and teamwork.

Daily Workload
Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment to fill open positions across Sales, Marketing, Billing, Support, Staffing, Development, IT, and Creative departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and define hiring strategies.
  • Work with the Marketing Department Head to place ads online and in local areas to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates for US-based clients, organize interviews, and facilitate the selection process for remote staff and virtual assistants.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates to meet company and client staffing needs.

Client Collaboration:

  • Communicate directly with US-based clients to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on candidate sourcing and progress during the recruitment process.
  • Ensure the selection process aligns with client expectations and timelines.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company and client teams.
  • Handle offboarding processes professionally and in compliance with company policies.
  • Update and maintain the employee handbook, ensuring policies are clearly communicated.
  • Address employee concerns and manage disciplinary actions as needed.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Foster a positive workplace environment that aligns with company culture and values.
  • Support department heads with performance management and development programs.
  • Organize team-building activities to improve morale and engagement.

Compliance & Record-Keeping:

  • Ensure the company complies with all Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Must Be Able To Work Night Shift 9pm - 6am Monday through Friday

Compensation plan
Performance-based reviews and appraisals are conducted every 6 months to 1 year for employees who meet expectations.
₱28,000 Starting Salary with Regular Appraisals (negotiable)
₱336K-₱950K a year job with lots of opportunity for growth
₱40,000 - ₱75,000 monthly income possible in less than 90 days.
