ABOUT THE ROLE

Linkage Web Solutions is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to oversee and manage the recruitment function across multiple departments. This role is critical to ensuring that both internal teams and international clients particularly US based have the right manpower to meet operational and business demands.

This is a hands-on HR role that requires strong recruitment judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate closely with department heads, leadership, and overseas clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Billing, Support, Staffing, Development, IT, and Creative departments
• Partner with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and hiring strategies
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to deploy recruitment advertisements online and locally
• Source, screen, interview, and endorse candidates for US-based clients and remote roles (VAs)
• Schedule and facilitate interviews while ensuring a professional candidate experience
• Maintain a continuous talent pipeline to meet company and client staffing needs

Client Collaboration
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status
• Ensure hiring timelines and candidate quality align with client expectations

HR Administration

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with company policies
• Address employee concerns and support disciplinary processes when required
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records

Employee Engagement & Development

• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
• Support department heads with performance management and development initiatives
• Organize employee engagement and team-building activities

Compliance & Record-Keeping

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR regulations
• Maintain organized and confidential HR documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in BPO, remote staffing, or VA agencies
• Proven experience hiring for multiple roles across departments
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
• Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment software/tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with international or US based clients is highly preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, and collaborative
• Seeking a long-term role in a growing organization
• Must be based near Angeles City for onsite work

COMPENSATION & WORK SETUP

💰 Starting Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱38,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
