We're looking for an Expert who has a STRONG background and experience in RECRUITING TOP Salespeople, Project Managers, Developers, among other staff that our company constantly requires to keep up with growth. This person should be an "A Player" who is goal oriented and understands the company's mission and objectives.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in Training and Development.

POSITION SUMMARY
Supports human resources process by providing administrative services for the company involving employee placement, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, supplies inventory and other general services to ensure that overall company policies are implemented to achieve effective and efficient day-to-day operations.
Assist in recruitment by scheduling interviews, administering and scoring tests, and conducting initial interview with applicants;
Conduct orientation for new employees and explain company policies and procedures, ensuring they are well understood and followed;
Assist in payroll preparation by processing daily time record/s of employees;
Facilitate enrollment and disenrollment of employees with relevant government agencies;
Government mandated benefits (SSS, Phil Health, PAG-IBIG) and,
Processes disciplinary actions, clearances, evaluation and other needed tasks.
Facilitate documentation and processing of other employee services such as medical benefits availment;
Collaborate with the Company Officers in creating and monitoring training programs;
Prepare and issue disciplinary memorandums to violators of company rules and regulations;
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc.);
Update and keep 201 File and HR filing system (hard and soft copies) in order;
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations;
Conduct objective coaching and counseling for employees from time to time;
Assist the Company Officers in organizing internal events such as Company Christmas Party, Company Anniversary, Summer Outing, etc.;
Maintain communications with external agencies such as third party contractors (e.g utility and janitorial personnel), building maintenance providers, government agencies, recruitment agencies and similar companies;
Perform occasional liaison work;
Maintain office supplies and first-aid medical equipment/supplies at optimum level;
I am not looking for a beginner or for someone who is willing to be trained.
