Hardin Bar & Grill – Now Hiring Front-of-House Team (Waitstaff, Hostess, Cashier, Bartender)

We’re hiring for Waitstaff, Hostess/Guest Communication Officer, Cashier, and Bartender/Mixologist roles. About the Roles
As part of the Front-of-House team, you will help create a welcoming, efficient, and memorable dining experience.
• Waitstaff guide guests through the menu, manage orders, and ensure smooth table service.
• Hostess/Guest Communication Officers handle guest reception, seating flow, and reservations.
• Cashiers process transactions accurately while assisting with front-of-house organization.
• Bartenders/Mixologists prepare and serve drinks while maintaining bar standards and guest engagement.
Every role supports the overall dining experience, ensuring guests feel well taken care of from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your position, tasks may include:
• Greeting guests, managing waitlists, and coordinating seating (Hostess)
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently (Waitstaff)
• Promoting specials, upselling items, and assisting with menu guidance
• Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, and specialty drinks (Bartender)
• Processing payments, handling cash/card transactions, and operating the POS (Cashier)
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all front-of-house areas
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain timely service
• Providing professional, friendly, and attentive customer service
Must-Have Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, bar work, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy hours
• Basic food and beverage knowledge; cocktail experience required for Bartenders
• Trustworthiness, accuracy, and attention to detail (especially for Cashiers and Bartenders)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary based on role
– Waitstaff: PHP 15,000–20,000
– Hostess/GCO: PHP 15,000–20,000
– Cashier: PHP 15,000–20,000
– Bartender/Mixologist: 15,000–20,000
