Job Overview

Hardin Grill & Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and creating a welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently

• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Recommend drinks and menu items based on guest preferences

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies

• Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible alcohol service

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to provide smooth service

• Assist in opening and closing bar operations

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or food and beverage experience is preferred

• Knowledge of basic cocktails and drink preparation

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Trustworthy, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willing to work weekends and holidays

• Flexible and eager to learn
