About the Role
We’re looking for Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team at one of Pampanga’s newest restaurant concepts. This is a chance to take ownership of menu development, team growth and day to day kitchen operations in a fast- paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Menu Planning and Recipe Development – includes designing cost and innovate menus aligned with brand identity
· Food Preparation and Cooking – oversee daily operations and food preparations.
· Lead and mentor kitchen team members.
· Inventory control and cost efficiency, includes supplier relations and waste management.
· Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
What We Expect (Skills and Qualifications)
Must Haves
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Head Chef role or equivalent leadership role.
· Culinary Degree or Equivalent Professional training (Expertise in American, Filipino, Korean Cuisine preferred)
· Ability to train, lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
· Strong skills in menu planning, inventory control and kitchen management.
· High standards in food hygiene, preparation and presentation.
· Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
· Competitive salary starts at (PHP 45,000 – 100,000)
