Linkage Web Solutions is looking for an experienced, outgoing and friendly Website Client Support Specialist.

The Website Client Support Specialist is the main point of contact for our clients who have purchased our Web Marketing Packages. Their main responsibility is to ensure timely delivery and completion of our digital marketing products. This will be accomplished by collaborating with SEO strategists, social media managers, PPC specialists, Graphic Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders.

This is a remote work and graveyard shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a bridge between our clients and production teams

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

  • Report the progress of projects to clients on a regular basis 

  • Keep the project timeline within the approved schedule

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

  • Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus. 

Requirements: 

  • At least 1-2 years customer support experience

  • Must have knowledge in website specifically WordPress

  • Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 

  • Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks but still have the ability to prioritize 

  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.

  • Must be resourceful, well- organized and thorough planning skills

  • Willing to work in a night-shift schedule
