We’re Hiring! BILLING & COLLECTION LEAD (US ACCOUNTS)
(US ACCOUNT/ NIGHT SHIFT/ WORK ONSITE/FULL TIME)
We are looking for a Billing and Collection Lead with experience handling US client accounts. This role involves managing invoicing, collections, dispute resolution and supporting client retention efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate and send accurate invoices to US based clients using billing software (Quickbooks, GHL, Xero, Zoho Books)
Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) including aging reports, outstanding balances and overdue accounts
Perform collections follow-up via email and phone to recover unpaid invoices and reduce DSO(Days Sales Outstanding)
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies payment disputes and client issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain detailed and accurate client payment history, AR logs and reconciliation reports Excel or Google Sheets
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Finance) to execute client retention strategies and support account recovery
Utilize CRM tools like GoHighLevel(GHL) to manage workflows, automate reminders and track communication with clients.
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly AR report including collection status, billing performance and at- risks accounts
MUST HAVES:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing, Collections or Accounts Receivable(AR)
Proven experience in handling US- based client accounts, including invoicing, payment follow-up and dispute resolution
Strong skills in collections negotiation, client communication and customer retention strategies
Proficient in billing and AR software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Zoho Books or similar accounting tools
Experience using CRM systems especially GoHighLevel(GHL), for billing automation and client workflows (preferred)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written ENGLISHcommunication skills for handling US client interactions.
High attention to detail, time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Competitive starting salary of 25,000 to 38,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
