Hardin Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house operations in our open-air venue in Balibago.

We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the floor — ensuring smooth service, leading the team, and delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar and floor operations during service
• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff
• Ensure high standards in customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Manage staff scheduling, flow of service, and overall atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service quality at all times

✅ Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality management
• Proven experience leading and managing front-of-house teams
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Angeles City / Pampanga
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
