House Supervisor - RN ($75K-$85K)

Columbus, NE USA

36 hrs/wk; 5:30p-6a, 3 days/wk.

Acts as the administrative representative to manage issues, including patient, family, employee and provider complaints.

Support direct care needs and staffing adjustments.

Ensures shift operational standards are met, including: response to emergency codes, patient flow placement and/or transfer, clinical resource for evidence based practice, policies and procedures.

• Current NE RN license (or Compact license),
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC & PALS.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Sign-on bonus ($10K with a 1-year commitment).
• Relocation assistance ranges from $5K - $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
