Salary: Expected upward of $400K net of overhead
Our client is seeking family physicians to join their friendly practice in southwest Edmonton. The clinic is seeking full-time family physicians to join their rapidly growing practice; new graduates are welcome to apply.
The individual should be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff, and management; and function well in a high-volume environment with a commitment to the provision of high-quality patient and family-centered care for both walk-in and booked appointments. Plenty of onsite free parking.
Their modern medical clinic has two fully equipped examination rooms per physician, a fully-equipped procedure room (including an autoclave, cautery, surgical trays, suture materials, surgical bed, procedure lighting), a well-established onsite pharmacy, a generous waiting area, Healthquest EMR, primary care network registered nurse and registered dietician in the clinic, and a full complement of experienced administrative support staff. There is a staff lounge/kitchen and well as individual physician offices. The clinic is ready to go with a large volume of walk-in patients daily.
Clinic hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

About the Role
On behalf of their busy South Edmonton Clinic, we are seeking both full-time and part-time (Male and Female) family practice physicians and General practice physicians to support their clinic.

You bring:
- The ideal physician has recent (within the last 12-months) experience as a general family physician. Having a focused subspecialty is an advantage as we grow our collaborative referral network.
- Qualifications are earned doctorate degree, eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, eligible for certifications with the College of Family Physicians Certification and Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II), licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada.
- Completion of University Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, Courses, etc.)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities (Eligibility under the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA))
- Health Insurance Provider Identification Number (Practice ID)
- Comfortable with technology or eager to learn
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in either General or FP or Specialty Practice
- A passion for patient care and the patient experience
