Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable accountant with expertise in Zoho Books to join our team. As a Zoho Books Expert Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing guidance and support to our business. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities using Zoho Books
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho Books


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Chartered Accountant or similar designation preferred
  • Proven experience working with Zoho Books or similar SaaS accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
