Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for current and future job openings.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent.
