Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to oversee and drive our company's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, with a track record of successful campaigns across a variety of channels. The Performance Marketing Lead will work closely with the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop and execute integrated campaigns that deliver against our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the execution of performance marketing strategies, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

• Set goals and KPIs for each campaign and channel, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and drive revenue growth.

• Develop and implement testing strategies to continually improve campaign performance.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.

• Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and to track and report on campaign performance against revenue targets.

• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including agencies and technology providers.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging channels, and recommend new opportunities to drive growth.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or a Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth through successful campaigns.

• Experience building and managing a team of marketing professionals.

• Deep knowledge of performance marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

• Experience with analytics tools and tracking platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hubspot etc

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and hit revenue targets.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We prefer candidates with IT, SaaS, IaaS or PaaS industry experience. 

Location:

Candidate can choose between our Pune, Mumbai and Nashik offices. Fully remote is currently not available for this role.
