Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Search & Scaling (The Engine)
Google Ads Mastery: Build, manage, and scale complex Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns targeting global cloud buyers.
Competitor Conquesting: Use advanced bidding and keyword strategies to win share-of-voice from major cloud competitors.
Cloud-Specific Strategy: Tailor campaigns for specific cloud products (Unmanaged/Managed VPS, GPU Hosting, Enterprise Cloud).
2. Multi-Channel Cloud Growth
LinkedIn Ads: Run laser-targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns reaching CTOs, DevOps Engineers, and IT Decision Makers.
B2B Marketplace Growth: Optimize our presence and lead flow through G2 and Capterra paid placements.
Forum & Community Ads: Manage niche advertising on technical communities (e.g., WebHostingTalk, LowEndBox, Reddit) to reach the core sysadmin and developer audience.
3. Analytics & Lead Flow
Full-Funnel Tracking: Ensure 100% attribution accuracy using GSC, Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot CRM.
Lead Quality Optimization: Work closely with the sales team to shift budget toward campaigns that generate high-LTV enterprise clients, not just "cheap clicks."
Heatmapping: Use Microsoft Clarity to optimize landing page experience and remove friction in the checkout/signup flow.
The Requirements
Platform Expertise: Google Ads (Certified), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, G2 Crowd, and Reddit/Forum Ads.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Clarity, and GSC.
Niche Knowledge: Experience in Cloud Hosting, IaaS, or SaaS is mandatory.
Optimization: Strong A/B testing methodology for both copy and landing pages.
