Technical Skills

• Linux Server Management: Strong background in Linux server administration is essential.

• Troubleshooting Mastery: Exceptional skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, along with a passion for problem-solving.

• Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in using Zabbix or similar monitoring tools.

• Database & Web Servers: Solid experience with Apache and MySQL, including clustering setups.

• Virtualization Technologies: Familiarity with KVM, and Proxmox.

• Cloud Hosting: Experience in managing cloud-based platforms.

• Email Services: Knowledge of Smartermail and Office365 is a plus.

• System Implementation & Maintenance: Installation, configuration, updating, and troubleshooting of various services like operating systems, web servers, database servers, and mail servers. This includes Apache, MySQL, PHP, FTP, SSH, and DNS.

• Data Center Operations: Daily operational tasks including system alerts, incidents, and change requests for Data Centers. Proficient in Redhat Linux Operating Systems, NFS Storage, and backup infrastructure including FTP, Acronis, and CPanel.

• Analytical Tasks: Capable of performing root cause analysis and creating standard operating procedures and work instructions.

• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with the Data Center IT team.

• Flexible Working Hours: Willingness to work in shifts, accommodating a 7-day, 24-hour schedule based on Indian Standard Time.
