Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. As an Inbound Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing effective inbound marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert leads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals, increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Create, implement, and manage targeted content and campaigns that align with business goals, such as blogs, eBooks, webinars, whitepapers, and other lead magnets.
  • Develop and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase online visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing campaigns and workflows to deliver high-quality leads to sales teams.
  • Analyze and report on inbound marketing performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and creative services, to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inbound marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with inbound marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute inbound marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging marketing trends and technologies.

We prefer candidates with IT, SaaS, IaaS or PaaS industry experience. 

Location: Candidate can choose between our Pune, Mumbai and Nashik offices. Fully remote is currently not available for this role.
