Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation / Lead Generation Executive to support our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in outbound lead generation, email campaigns, and using CRM tools to manage leads efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads via LinkedIn, email, events, and industry databases.
- Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls or demos with the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights to optimize lead conversion.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and event follow-ups.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or inside sales in the IT / hosting / SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to meet lead targets.
- Basic understanding of cloud hosting or IT infrastructure is preferred.
