Position- Backend / Fullstack Developer (AI-Assisted Development)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Backend / Fullstack Developer with 1–2 years of experience who is
comfortable building backend systems and APIs.
In this role, you will also work with AI development tools (such as Claude Code) to help generate,
improve, and optimize code. You will learn how to turn AI-generated code into clean, reliable, and
production-ready software following quality, reliability, maintainability, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs for web applications
• Build and manage database structures using MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Work with AI tools (such as Claude Code) to assist in writing and improving code
• Review, test, and refine AI-generated code to ensure quality, reliability, maintainability, and best practices
• Support integration between backend APIs and frontend applications
• Debug and fix issues in existing applications
• Collaborate with team members to deliver new features and improvements

Required Skill:

• 1–2 years of experience in backend or full-stack development
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services
• Basic understanding of database design and SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with web application architecture (frontend, backend, database)
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
• Interest in using AI tools to assist development
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Antigravity, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, etc.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or deployment processes
• Basic frontend knowledge (React / JavaScript)
