Qualification: 

•    Must be Female European national with Bachelor’s Degree 

•    3 to 5 years Experience in the same field
•    Proven successful project records as Sales and Marketing Executive
•    Convincing Conversationalists. Fluent in English, bilingual is advantage 
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
•    Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
•    Quick Observation and Judgment. Attention to detail with accuracy, consistency, and ability to prioritize tasks
•    Strong presentation skills
•    Basic Computer Skills with strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
•    Motivated, goal oriented and skilled negotiator. Effective talent in convincing buyers to become clients
•    With valid UAE Driving License is advantage

Responsibilities:
•    Should be able to choose the best markets and channels that is both efficient and effective for the company. Devise and implements sales and marketing efforts to ensure strong and effective personal and online presence (Social Media; Facebook, Instagram, Search Engine Ads …etc)
•    Attend client meeting for products knowledge, account performance reviews and goal setting.
•    Track and report measures of success in the market
•    Should have the ability to determine potential buyers’ motives and their influences to the company services
•    Should have a strong Experience in advertising and promoting the company among potential buyers
•    Should have knowledge on producing collateral materials to that help in the increasing sales, attract customers and catch contracts
•    Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
•    A team player with an understanding of PR, marketing, and research imperatives.
•    Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service being offered
•    Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
•    Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
•    Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
•    Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
