We're a fast-growing startup transforming how businesses automate their social media and manage their content. We’re committed to helping companies streamline their online presence, and we’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our expanding team. 

Your job is to help us, and later our clients, to grow our social media presence and stay on top of it.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with our business goals.
• Create and schedule engaging short-form videos, along with other posts, images, and stories, each tailored to the right platform.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.
• Conduct calls with our clients/customers to advise them on social media strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with social media managing and scheduling tools (e.g. Nuelink).
• Hands-on experience with graphic and video content creation tools (e.g. Canva and CapCut).
• Strong copywriting skills to create compelling social media posts.
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media performance data to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and behavioral skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to Have

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and marketing roles.
• A diploma or a degree in marketing or a related field.
• Ability to run and optimize paid social media campaigns.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
